We use our shipping forwarder to deliver your order to you.
We do provide delivery time estimations and delivery charges for all of our products. Please note that delivery time and freight cost information is listed on each individual product page.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on Fridays and public holidays.
Some items within your order may ship separately. You will never be charged more for shipping and handling than what appears at checkout.
We will work to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but please note that our shipping lead times are all estimations and we cannot guarantee an order to arrive by a specific time.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Multiple orders placed on the same day cannot be combined and will ship separately. Multiple orders/shipments may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
Unfortunately, we cannot split up an order and ship to multiple locations. If you wish to send items to different locations, please place a separate order for each shipping address.
You are unable to change or update a shipping address once an order has been placed. Please be sure to check your shipping details prior to submitting your order.

We offer international shipping to the Oman, Qatar and Bahrain

All fees imposed during or after shipping such as customs duty is calculated and added with the delivery charges.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
