If a product has been deliberately tampered with or matching any conditions stated in the ‘Return Shipping Disallowed Cases’ section under the 'Return & Refund Policies', we may reject your product return request. We reserve all the rights to analyze and validate the authenticity of product return requests.
Once we receive the return shipment, we will inspect the product and notify you. After the inspection, if your returned product is eligible, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. It might take a few days for the credit to be reflected in your account, depending on your card issuer's guidelines.
You can cancel your order only if the order is not yet shipped from our warehouses. You will incur only the applicable processing charges and the rest will be refunded.
If you received a defective product, contact us via the e-com communication channel, phone or e-mail. All Items must be returned in the original product package they were received, including all accessories, documentation, and packaging materials. Once we receive the return shipment, we will inspect the product and initiate further actions according to the steps elaborated in our Return & Refund Policies.
