Kindly Read and Understand Our Return & Refund Policy

We thank you for shopping at ​Musicians Corner​. Our customer policies are devised to offer you the best services and products. Best care has been taken to research, resource and retail every product that we sell on our online store. However, If you are not completely satisfied with any of your purchases, we're ready and happy to assist you. You may return the purchased product and request for a refund if the following conditions are met.

Recommended Pre-Purchase Considerations

We want you to be completely satisfied with all your purchases. Before buying any new product, please read the relevant technical information furnished. In case you have any queries, you may kindly get in touch with us with any technical questions or for confirmation of compatibility. When you place an order, it is assumed that you have verified and convinced about its compatibility and that the product serves your intended purpose well.

Return Eligibility Period

You are eligible for returning a product for up to 30 calendar days from the date you received an item.

Return Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility for a return is acceptable on one or more of the following situations.

  1. If you have received a non- functioning product (Dead on arrival)
  2. If you have received a product in a damaged state due to shipping negligence.
  3. If we determine that the unit failed within 30 days of purchase, due to a manufacturing defect.
  4. If a wrong product other than what you have ordered has been shipped from our end.

In all of the above cases, Musicians Corner will bear the return shipping costs and initiate a return shipping. We will also initiate a payment return, after a physical product verification.

Before You Return A Product

Before you contact us with a product return request, make sure that the following criteria are met.

  1. The returning item must be in the original packaging.
  2. The returning item must have all the original accessories intact.
  3. The returning item must have all the original documentation & internal packaging materials.
  4. You need to have the original invoice/bill as a proof of purchase.

How To Return A Product

  1. Contact Musicians Corner via the e-com communication channel, phone or e-mail.
  2. Lodge your complaint and give us a briefing of the scenario.
  3. Our sales team will arrange for a return shipping pickup and shall contact you to organize the return. Our official shipping partners will contact and collect the return shipment from you.
  4. Remember to include a Shipping Label/Return Address on the package as per the packing list provided at time delivery or as instructed by the sales team.

How The Refunds Are Done

Once we receive the return shipment, we will inspect the product and notify you. After the inspection, if your returned product is eligible for a refund, we will initiate a refund to your original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit/debit card.

Return Shipping Disallowed Cases

A return is non-acceptable on one or more of the following situations.

  1. If a product is broken due to customer’s carelessness.
  2. If a product is broken due to customer’s misuse.
  3. If a product is broken due to customer’s abuse.
  4. If a product is broken due to improper storage by the customer.
  5. If a product is broken due to an improper connection by the customer.
  6. If a product is broken due to usage of non-compatible accessories by the customer.
  7. If a product is broken due to using it at an improper voltage level by the customer.
  8. If a product is damaged/destroyed due to any natural calamities.
  9. If the customer is not able to use a product due to his technical inefficiencies.

In any of these above cases, please do not request for a return and Musicians Corner will not be able to consider a refund request. But you may get in touch with our sales team who may be able to help you technically.

Refund Rejected Cases

We reserve all the rights to inspect all the returned items to validate the authenticity of the refund request. If it is noticed that the product has been deliberately tampered with or matching any situation in the ‘Return Shipping Disallowed Cases’, we may reject your refund request.
