The Carlsbro DM7P Drum Microphone Package is a set of 7 excellent quality microphones for using with any acoustic drum kit or percussion instrument, both in the studio and on stage. The set features one Kick Drum Mic, four Tom/Snare Mics and two Small Diaphragm Condenser (Pencil Type) Mics with Windshields. The set comes with an attractive protective hard aluminium carry case which is foam padded, making it ideal to protect your microphones when not in use or when transporting them from gig to gig. These amazing quality Microphones benefits your recording and sound output ten fold and pro grade microphones really do pick up and deliver the tones and subtleties of your music in such greater depth, it has to be heard to be believed.
The benefit of having such a kit in the studio or on stage is that, these microphones could be used in a lot of different combinations for a ton of other instruments too. For example, the Kick Mic can be used for Bass Amps, Sax & other low pitched instruments; the Tom Mic is ideal for Guitar Amps & other percussions; the Condenser Mic is excellent in reproducing the sounds of Cymbals, Pianos, Acoustic Guitars, Violins, Flutes and also for STEREO Recordings as a pair.
All the drum microphones are designed with the standard thread 5/8" and 3/8", to match with all kinds of microphone stands and a standard XLR (F) connector to match with all kinds of pro audio equipments and also comes with clamp mounts for drums so that you don't require any stands for the tom mics. This is great space saving on a small gig stage or studio room.
